 Licensing and Accreditation

Since November 2005, Perelandra College has been licensed by the State of California Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education to offer undergraduate and graduate degrees. Visit the Bureau website at http://www.bppe.ca.gov

Perelandra College is accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC). The Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a recognized accrediting agency, and is a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

The Distance Education and Training Council is located in Washington, D.C. Founded as the National Home Study Council in 1926, DETC’s mission is to promote sound educational standards and ethical business practices within the correspondence field.
